For the last 19 years I have been a professional photographer and videographer specializing in Adventure Lifestyle Products. What sets me apart when capturing content and working with brands is…drum roll…. being right in the Action! Whether that means getting hit with a bouncing ball, or a giant truck splashing me with mud, or capturing models cannonballing onto me in the pool, the shoot's not over until I’m covered in dirt and soaking wet.
After earning a BFA in photography from the Maryland Institute College of Art, I started collaborating with brands including Progressive Insurance, Adidas, EarthRoamer and Waboba. I’ve partnered with agencies, editorial, and direct clients. I’ve been a part of everything from those big campaigns to the tightest budgets. Through all those years and a bazillion shoots later I’ve learned how to tune things just right to make projects run smoothly, stay on budget and deliver the creative goods every time. Whatever story your brand is trying to tell, I'll help you get it into focus with turn key services. Including discovery calls, storyboarding, model and location searches and that final high-end editing with delivery of assets that are ready to go.
When I”m not behind the lens you can find me at the beach in Charleston with my wife, daughter and my dog Spooky. I’m also a board sports enthusiast- snowboarding, skateboarding, surfing.. and just started learning to kite surf. Really anything that gets the heart pumping and my adrenaline fix.
